Eleven market pages, one index. Each page records the clusters that buy drilling consumables in that country, the storage and customs conditions that change what you should order, and the route from sample to repeat order.
The material does not change by country; the conditions around it do. A plant in Batam and a plant in Penang may run the same backup board grade but need different moisture control, different sheet formats and different import paperwork. Use this directory to pick the market page closest to your destination, then read that page for the local clusters, the grades published in local formats, the humidity or customs constraints and the quotation route. If you have no fixed destination yet, start from the selection guide instead — grade choice comes before logistics.
YUESHAN has supplied PCB drilling consumables to more than 30 countries since 2011 from a single production base in Foshan, Guangdong. This directory lists only the markets where a dedicated page is published, because a country page is only useful when it carries local specifics: cluster names, port and route, language of the specification, and the paperwork that decides whether a shipment clears.
The Southeast Asia page is a regional route shared by six countries; the country pages go deeper on local clusters and language. Europe is handled as its own route because customs documentation, not material, is the usual cause of delay.
| Market | Region | Page Language | What the Page Adds |
|---|---|---|---|
| Southeast Asia | Regional route | English | The common qualification and sourcing route across six ASEAN markets, factory-direct versus local channel |
| Malaysia | Southeast Asia | English | Penang, Kulim and Klang Valley clusters; substrate and EMS material demand |
| Indonesia | Southeast Asia | Bahasa Indonesia | Batam and Jakarta corridors; humid-climate storage and grade choice |
| Philippines | Southeast Asia | English | CALABARZON, Clark and Metro Manila; semiconductor packaging and EMS lines |
| Vietnam | Southeast Asia | Tiếng Việt | Northern and southern electronics corridors; full selection and quotation walkthrough in Vietnamese |
| Thailand | Southeast Asia | ไทย | Bangkok and Ayutthaya automotive electronics; rainy-season moisture control |
| Singapore | Southeast Asia | English | Trading and specification-control route; documentation for regional redistributors |
| South Korea | East Asia | 한국어 | Microvia and package-substrate lines; coating type choice, cleanliness limits and China–Korea FTA origin certificate |
| India | South Asia | English | ECMS-driven capacity build-out; Bengaluru humidity, back-drill tolerance budget, IEC and HS alignment on import |
| Japan | East Asia | 日本語 | High-mix multilayer and package-substrate lines; flatness and thickness consistency for controlled-depth drilling, plus humidity swings between the rainy season and winter |
| Europe | Europe | English | ICS2 ENS customs filing, sea and air routes, trade terms and importer requirements |
Buyers often assume a material grade is regional. It is not. The grade follows the drilling job; the region changes the conditions the material has to survive before and after it reaches the line.
| Variable | How It Changes by Market | What It Changes in the Order |
|---|---|---|
| Humidity and storage | Tropical Southeast Asia versus temperate Europe | Sealed-surface grades, packing, shelf-life guidance and incoming moisture checks |
| Customs documentation | EU filings differ from ASEAN import practice | Commercial invoice detail, HS classification, importer or EORI data, filing before departure |
| Transport route | Sea freight to a named port versus air for urgent lots | Incoterm, pallet configuration, transit allowance built into the order date |
| Sheet format on local lines | Panel sizes and automation differ per plant | Standard sheet or cut-to-panel supply, and how many pieces per pallet |
| Language of the specification | Local-language pages where the plant works in that language | Which document is signed off, and who approves the grade |
| Local channel availability | Not every market has a confirmed channel | Whether the quotation is factory-direct or through a partner, stated per order |
What does not change is the sequence: define the drilling job, name the measurable problem, match a material family, review the technical documents, run a qualification sample, then lock the approved specification. The supplier qualification walkthrough sets out that sequence in full, including the document set buyers usually request.
If the delivery point is fixed, read the country page first. It states the ports and routes actually used, the clusters nearby, and whether a local channel can be confirmed.
If the destination is not fixed yet, the layer determines more than the country does. HDI and high-layer-count work pushes you toward coated entry material and denser backup grades; routine multilayer work can usually be served by a standard grade.
If the line already runs and something is wrong — exit burr, drill breakage, hole position, stub length — start from the failure rather than the country. The defect and fault reference maps symptoms to the layer that usually causes them.
Some markets generate observations that are narrower than a country page. These notes record what buyers asked and what the answer was; South Korea and India now have their own pages and the notes below sit alongside them.
Every market page ends in the same request path, because the inputs that decide the answer are identical everywhere.
| Input You Send | What It Decides |
|---|---|
| Destination country and delivery point | Commercial route, port, Incoterm and whether a local channel must be checked |
| PCB construction, layer count and board thickness | Stack support and backup-grade family |
| Smallest mechanical drill diameter | Entry material, coating choice and process sensitivity |
| Panel size and panels per stack | Sheet format, cut-to-panel need and pieces per pallet |
| Current entry and backup material | The baseline any comparison is measured against |
| The failure or target to improve | Which qualification path applies, and what the trial has to prove |
| Required documents | TDS, SDS, inspection records or buyer-specific forms, aligned before the trial |
Sample lots are typically dispatched in 3 to 5 working days; production orders are typically 2 to 3 weeks on FOB or CIF terms. Both figures are confirmed per order, not assumed from the country page.
Eleven pages are published: a Southeast Asia regional page plus country pages for Malaysia, Indonesia, the Philippines, Vietnam, Thailand, Singapore, South Korea, India and Japan, and a Europe page. Each country page covers local manufacturing clusters, the material selection logic used there, moisture or customs conditions, published sheet formats and the quotation route.
No. Do not assume an appointed distributor or local stock in a country because a market page exists. The page documents the route we can currently confirm; where no local channel is confirmed, material is supplied factory-direct from Foshan, China, and the route is stated in the quotation.
The selection logic does not change: smallest mechanical hole, layer count, stack height and the failure being corrected decide the grade. What changes by region is storage and moisture control, the customs and transport document set, the sheet format actually loaded on local lines, and the language the specification is agreed in.

Destination country and delivery point, PCB construction and layer count, board thickness, smallest mechanical drill diameter, panel size and panels per stack, the entry and backup material currently used, and the production problem you want to change.
Tell us the destination country and delivery point, the board construction, the smallest hole and the problem you want to fix. The request is routed to the material family that fits and to the market page that covers your route.
