EU Customs and the ICS2 ENS Requirement
Since 1 September 2025, the EU Import Control System 2 (ICS2) requires an Entry Summary Declaration (ENS) with full advance cargo data for goods arriving into the EU by sea. The ENS is filed electronically before loading, under the importer's or freight forwarder's EORI number. In practice this means a European buyer should confirm three things before the first shipment: who holds the EORI, who files the ENS, and that the consignment data matches the commercial invoice and packing list exactly.

Trade Terms
YUESHAN quotes European buyers on standard Incoterms, most commonly FOB Nansha or FOB Guangzhou, and EXW where the buyer consolidates with their own forwarder. The term is stated on the quotation; the customs and ENS steps above sit on the buyer's side once goods leave on FOB or EXW terms.
Factory-Direct Supply vs Local Distributor
YUESHAN's production base is in Foshan, China. Do not assume that a YUESHAN warehouse or appointed local distributor exists in your country. Where there is no confirmed local channel, samples and commercial material are supplied factory-direct and the route is stated in the quotation. If your procurement rules require a local distributor, tell us the destination country and required commercial route so the current channel can be confirmed before qualification.
This distinction matters because a search for a local distributor and a search for a PCB drilling-material manufacturer are different buying tasks. This page answers both without inventing local stock or representation.
How to Qualify a PCB Drilling-Material Supplier
- Define the drilling job. Send PCB construction, layer count, board thickness, smallest mechanical hole, panel size, panels per stack and the current entry/backup material.
